Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
The following items can’t be refunded,Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, refund can’t be accepted for:
– A high-value commodity with a unit price exceeding $1,000,Please place your order carefully.

– Items on sale
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please allow 7 days from the receipt of your item to process your refund.
1.Refunds do not include shipping costs, bank or credit card charges, customs duties or any other fees.
2.A 15% of original product price restocking fee will be charged for all returns.
