1.Returns

General Returns: Legend Luodian Shop accepts returns for most products Within 7 days after purchasing and receiving the goods. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. The customer must pay return shipping for the item(s).

Defective Products: If you receive a defective product, please contact our customer support team at info@luodiancs.com Within 7 days after purchasing and receiving the goods. to arrange for a return, exchange, or refund. Legend Luodian Shop will cover all costs associated with a defective product.  Our policy lasts 7 days.  If 7 days have gone by since you receiving the product, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

We cannot refund if it occurs one of the following two situations.

  1. Send products to the wrong address (including returning directly to the place of shipment without contacting us).
  2. Choose the return method for cash on delivery.

Special terms: For high-value goods with a unit price of over $1,000, we guarantee that they are flawless, and we will not accept returns unless they are damaged during transportation.

2. Refund Process

Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.

Processing Time: Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed after we receive the returned product. The time it takes for the refund to reflect on your account may vary depending on your payment provider.

3. Return Instructions

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

b. Pack the product securely, including all accessories and original packaging.
c. Ship the product to the address provided by our customer support team.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part.
